Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.
Reservation Deposit
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit equivalent to
one night of stay. This deposit is
non-transferable and subject to the cancellation terms below.
Cancellations
- More than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the deposit is refunded.
- 15 to 30 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: The deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled automatically and the deposit will be forfeited.
Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once the stay has begun.
Date Changes
Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days before check-in. Approval is not guaranteed.
Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with guests to reschedule their stay whenever possible. Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.
